I intended only to do the deck and porch screened enclosure but after consulting with Diaz at that initial meeting, I also decided to have him pressure wash and paint the fence as well as install a gate. I don't know that there is anything this man and his team can't do. The price was comparable to other quotes I received but the competitors did not offer the dependability and expertise that Diaz demonstrated. Such attention to detail!
