"During a second opinià ³n repair job the technicians Left the attic light on 3/25/24. Then technician Scheduled an appointment on 3/27/24 at 2pm to replace a broken part during the maintenance cleaning never show up or call. I called on Wednesday & Thursday left messages! No returned call. Finally Kevin Shop up on Friday afternoon to replace the part. I'm not happy with the second opinion of the work, because it was made of excuses of a bad job done on 2022 New installation Unit A/C"

"Baker Air, always responds promptly and works with the best solution for each customer. I have been a resident of Rockport for 15 years now building a custom home. The Contractor did not install the plumbing pipes or the A/C correct. For 7 of the first years we spent over 10k with service calls and modifications to the Unit. "<p>The service was very good. The two gentlemen who showed up to install the unit, I'm not saying they were not qualified, but they had a lot of questions they were asking the main technician. He left to go to some other job then the other two guys hooked up what the supervisor did in my yard. Everything was okay and they left. About two or three months after that the air conditioner froze up and would not work again. When I called them the head technician came back and said he was sorry that something had happened and that it was his fault. I had no idea what it was or anything. After he came back and fixed whatever was wrong with it, it has been good quality since then. </p>"
