"We called Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter to our mothers home to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. Josh arrived on time and put his shoe covers and mask on before entering our mothers home. Josh seemed to have all the equipment he would possibly need as our kitchen drain proved to be rater stubborn but after about a half hour of hard work he announced that the drain would work. Josh cleaned up after the work was done and sanitized all the surfaces that he had touched!! Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"
