"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. Have dealt with various contractors for numerous issues over the years as I own several rental properties, and this has been my most positive experience by far. Kathy Quill"

"They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof."

"He arrived and knew what was to be repaired . It was replacing chingels on the roof . When he arrived he looked up and saw exactly the location of where the shingles came from . He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . I did question him that my husband had told me were going to have to have another roof done in the very near future . I had discussed this with crieg and he said no you don't. Your roof is in good condition right now , and you've still got some years to go here before that is to be done . It was a big relief to me to hear this . This man is very knowledgeable with his line of work , and I trust his judgment. I highly recommend him to anyone . Very friendly to talk with ."

"Very courteous. Did their job in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. Roof looks great. Very pleased."

"Jonathan & the team at Small Dog Roofing did an amazing job replacing our Rolled Rubber Roof! Our lake home is a 1957 original camp that had a shingle roof on it & the owners rolled the rubber roof over the top. The Small Dog team quickly & efficiently removed all layers, replaced the damaged plywood, installed a layer of insulation & installed the new rubber roof at a very fair price. I highly recommend Small Dog Roofing for any roofing project."

"My wife and I had storm damage to our roof, skylight, and front shutters. I contacted several roofers to discuss the repairs and had few people actually call me back. When I contacted Cedar Valley Exteriors, I spoke to David Faraone pretty quickly and he was incredibly helpful and was able to walk me through the entire process to get my roof replaced and all the repairs completed and covered by my homeowners insurance. Very helpful."
