He gave me and estimate that same day and came out exactly when he said he would. I called him on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon, the job was completely finished and looks wonderful! The price was very reasonable; but even more than that, I know I can trust United Home Services. I will definitely call them again!"

The only reason I'm submitting this as a 4 star is I let him know that I was doing the repair via a warranty claim. I let him know that I needed to call the warranty company after he diagnosed the problem, but before fixing it. He went ahead and did the repair before he let me know he had diagnosed the issue, or let me know what the cost of repair was going to be. For this specific incident, it was a simple and affordable fix, so I paid myself since the repair was completed before the warranty company agreed to anything. If it would have been a larger expense, it could have been an issue. "

My AC was blowing too cold. he found that the capacitor was a bit weak. but instead of trying to upsell or overcharge me, he adjusted it and made sure everything was running smoothly without charging me a dime. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days!"
