He presented his card to me and I advised him he might be hearing from me. I called the office a few weeks later and scheduled an appointment with another gentleman and owner Matt. He also was very pleasant and easy to work with. Brett came out and installed a stainless steel chase cover, and cleaned the interior of the fireplace. He also repainted my fire box.
