"Having New Heights Roofing company install a new roof on my house has been a pleasing experience. My house and shop roofs were recently damaged due to the extremely large hailstones that we recently experienced. New Heights employees were very professional as well as punctual when tearing off and installing my new roof and new skylights. As this company has been around for approximately 17 years, I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work."

There was some rot in the boards under the removed roof, and Luigi documented the whole process with good photos. At the end of the work, the site was cleaned up well. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
