"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

I really like their attitude and they are really on the ball. Everyone is wonderful from the office girl to the technicians. "I had Pitzer's One Hour replace a capacitor on my air conditioner and a few weeks later return to fix a freon leak and replace 13 pounds of R22 freon.  Here is the good and the bad. <br /> <br />The Bad- <br /> <br />Speed-   I thought the company's name implied a promise that they would arrive within an hour.  It does not, and the name seemed deceptive to me.  They will offer an appointment for a relatively broad window of time and,  though they did arrive within the promised window of time, I don't know if they are any faster than their competion. <br /> <br />Cost- The repairs cost me about $2100.  After the second service visit, friends told me that Pitzer was one of the most expensive air conditioning companies in the area and recommended Got Air in Bullhead.  Too late, I called Got Air and did some comparison shopping.  They quoted a price of $50 per pound for the Freon which One Hour normally charges $129.  Pitzer does offer reduced pricing if you pay for a membership and I actually paid $103 per pound, but this is still double Got Air's price.  I suspect most of their parts are services carry a similar mark up but you'll have to do some comparison shopping. <br /> <br />To help, here is the standard pricing from their One Hour's  ?Straightforward Pricing? sheet- <br /> <br />Repair, replace, install: In warranty condenser coil, relocate condensing unit, reversing valve, electronic ignition and gas valve, install drain pan in attic. $1179 <br /> <br />Repair, replace, install: Condenser fan motor, refrigerant leak search and repair, cap tub assembly with strainer, valve, ignition module/re-light assembly, gas valve, flame  sensor, electrical short, Zinsco breaker, defrost timer, 2-sp. Thirteen pounds of R22 under their standard, non- Club Rate is 13x $129 plus another $249 for the leak check. <br /> <br />The Good- <br /> <br />Professionalism-  Both of the repairmen who came to my home were polite and professional.  They quickly identified and fixed my problem.  I complained about the cost of the service and corresponded over several day with their general manager.  He too was polite and seemed genuinely interested in his company's reputation and my satisfaction.  He also  informed me that they were going to lower the cost of the R22 Freon to a more competitive rate and refund me $308 with no conditions attached to reflect the new price.  He did acknowledge that the company is more expensive than their competition and stated that the added cost helps them to retain skilled, professional staff and other benefits to the consumer.  I was largely appeased by our dialog but ultimately unsatisfied because I asked them to post the above price list on the website (rather than just on the invoice given to customers at the time of service) and they declined. <br /> <br />This company is expensive.  While the added expense may or may not be justified, it is impossible to make an informed decision if you are unable to comparison shop before the repairman arrives.  I hope this post helps others make a better decision than I did. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Wesmor was brought on by our insurance company, who footed the bill. (some additional upgrade work paid by us separately). Very courteous estimator, foremen, and workers. Being general at many different tasks, they were not perfect but did a very good quality job. Impressed with their drywall repair work, cabinetry. Floor tile work could have been better. Not so good at estimating how long the job would take. Workers would sometimes arrive, sometimes not. Communication should have been better. When all was said and done, the overall result was very good. They worked out any issues with our insurance company. The main thing we paid for was to upgrade our countertops to granite and added a tile backsplash. This work was subbed out. Also subbed out was carpeting replacement in adjacent room. Overall good experience and would recommend them with qualifications."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
