And when I asked to speak to the manager Bob the telephone agent was condescending and rude as well as the manager. (Forgot his name) It was more than double the quoted price. I've had plenty of movers before but never like this one. The movers were ok however the took my table apart and didn't reassemble it together properly and left some of my items outside without my knowledge or approval!!!!! I didn't pay $1200 to have my stuff left outside!!! Since they came outside of the quoted time my friend stayed with my stuff until they were finished. So she told me that the movers were talking about her giving them a tip (in Spanish) some people do understand. And they were rude until a man came with her. How ridiculous!!! Never in my life have I been treated like this from any movers."

Told me my delivery date had to be a 2-30 day window from my FADD date which is the earliest possible date it can be delivered. So I have to rent an apartment and live there with no furniture for up to 30 days? When I asked what is the heads up on delivery ?No set time, it processes as standard. In order to reserve a specific day it could be anywhere from $1000-1500?. So for 30 days I have to sit in my apartment and just wait for my things to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. "
