"They replaced our deck with Trex material (Trex is a much costlier material, but having practically no maintenance made it worth it) along with a super cool railing system which makes the deck feel so much larger. They also added a lower 5 x 17 section. They worked so hard in extremely hot temps. We couldn’t believe how fast the job was completed. The results are amazing. They do high quality work, are extremely professional & courteous. They even modified the top railing to accommodate our heavy planter boxes. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

He also gave me some excellent quotes on other things I need done, such as replacement of a very old side door that no longer conforms to present door sizes. The porch is now beautiful! "Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

"It went great! He was on time, professional, and exceeded expectations on this job. After disassembling, he took the time to hose it down and remove a bee nest. He also replaced some rotted boards once we got it to my house. He took his time putting it together in my yard, making sure it was safe and sturdy for my kids. I highly recommend him! <br />"

"Eric and Stephan met with us initially to examine the project and give us an estimate of cost and time. They were very friendly and professional and it was obvious that they had experience with this type of work. We were able to subtract some money from the original quote by doing some of the work ourselves.ie: removing trim and picking up supplies. They were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. The work took all day, from 10am to 7pm, since installation of french doors is tricky. It involved a lot of shimming and levelling. They did an excellent job and we are so glad that we used Woodstone Builders. We are confident that this door was installed properly. They worked cleanly and efficiently. <br />"
