"They arrived when scheduled and the appointment seemed to go well. After our appointment I was expecting to get plans and pricing. After 3 weeks I gave them a call, left a message that I had not received anything yet but was really interested. After another 3 or 4 weeks- still nothing. Not even a call or email say " got your message, I am working on something". Yesterday I called the company and explained that I had not been contacted since our initial visit and that I wanted to cancel the landscape plan as well as the lawn fertilizer and weed control applications that we had discussed. They simply said ok...and did not even attempt to provide any customer service. <br /> <br /> <br />Update- the owner of the company read the above review and contacted me. He was very apologetic. He asked if he could come out, meet with me and quote the work. I met with him today, he was very prompt and professional. I don't think my initial experience was a true indication of the service and professionalism normally exhibited by this provider. And for this reason I have updated my original review."

"Rich is amazing. In one visit, he conquered our weed problem, made suggestions and has returned to do more lawn work for us. He is knowledgeable, and very friendly. Rich gave us some very good suggestions about landscaping, tree trimming and we will have him help us with those suggestions. His pricing is very reasonable. We can not say enough good things about Rich and his lawn service. He is a busy guy, so it may take a short while for him to get back with you, but the wait is worth it. We would give him a grade of A+ if it were a choice."

"After I bought the Delta pull-out kitchen sink faucet at Menard's, we were going to install it ourselves (usually it is easy to install it yourself), but we realized that under the kitchen sink we didn't have the usual shut-off valves (that you usually screw the bottom of the water PEX lines attached to the faucet into). We have PEX piping that goes through a hole in the floor and down into the basement to a major shut-off area. We didn't have a crimping tool and knew they were a bit expensive to buy or rent. We considered cutting the PEX piping ourselves and attaching the top of these pipes to the bottom of the PEX water pipes that come with the faucet using sharkbites that we had seen on YouTube (you don't need a crimping tool to use sharkbites), but we weren't sure about this. In the end this faucet in the rental house just needed to get done. Early Saturday afternoon we called Reddi Root'r in Andover (733-2288), where we live. Their office was open and they had a plumber, Scott, call us back so that I could tell him that we didn't have the usual shut-off valves under our sink. Scott knew just what I was talking about and told me he could easily install shut-off valves -- no problem, he did this all the time -- and he quoted his cost to be a total of around $260. We were hoping that a plumber could do this job for less money than that, but we decided to have him do it. He arrived within 15 minutes, got right to work, and in 45 minutes the job was finished. He worked well and quickly and didn't leave any mess to clean up. We are very pleased with the job he did!"

"The cost of service is about $40, $45 each depending on what they put on. The service is just fine. They do a good job. We have the prettiest green in the area. We never see them. We just see a sign in the yard. I think he is a fireman and I think he does this on the side. Their price is about like everybody else. Their quality is fine; we got pretty grass. Their responsiveness is good. If we do need the grass mowed because we cannot do it or something, they come and do that whenever we ask. We do not tell them when to come and their professionalism is fine."

"<p> Eric did the same job for me in 2015. There was no question as to who I would hire for the same job this year.  There are 4 mature cottonwoods around the property and they shed many leaves every years.  Eric has many tools to accomplish his task and he bags and removes all of the leaves.  He was right on time when we agreed to meet for his bid and performed the work the next day.  His bid was very reasonable and it took him most of the day. I also understand that Eric and his crew have recently been taking on more work and he is now offering sprinkler system maintenance. During the mowing season, I normally mow my own yard but more than once (for vacation) I did hire Eric and he came over to take care of the lawn maintenance. No Problems.  I would highly recommend Eric for your lawn maintenance needs.</p> <br />"

"We have used True Green the last three summers for our lawn care. Year one was fine we were satisfied with the cost and service. However the last two years have been a consent struggle. They would come treat the lawn for additional treatments that were not previously agreed to and then charge us. So madding. We had weed issues all the time. Overall poor service with a high cost. Will never use them again. <br />"

"I got the materials and Green Meadows Lawn & Landscaping built a new deck. I got railroad ties for the different levels around our garden. We took all the little step stones out and Green Meadows put a wide walkway down with lots of steps. They made it much nicer than it was before. They worked their tails off. It was 110 Degrees almost every day and they worked for many hours, and worked hard for all the time they were here. I gave them the ability to come in and use the rest room and they never did. They did their work and left and that was it. They were very nice guys, everybody they had working for them was very nice and friendly. My grandkids were here half of the summer and they would go out and drive them nuts, I'm sure, and they were so nice to my grandkids. They went out to fish on the dock and they caught a fish. One of the guys went out and helped them take the fish off the hook. They were just really friendly guys and really considerate of everybody. They let the boys watch as much as they wanted to, and my grandsons are quite small. We had one problem, when they planted something I didn't want. Our back yard was just covered in rose bushes and I wanted all of that ripped out, which they did. I wanted nothing that had a thorn in it out in the back yard because I knew the boys would be out there all the time this summer. When they replanted, they put some of the rose bushes back in. I've discussed it with them and when the freeze is over they're going to come back out and replace them."
