"This is my second review of Lecla I cant write another one on google so ill go to wherever I need to tell the world this is literally THE BEST COMPANY for any home improvements that you need! They originally put a new roof on my house and had to take the old one off and replace some panels. All of this they got done in ONE DAY! I've never seen employees work so hard it brought tears to my eyes lol. I then had Lecla paint the exterior of my home. Eric the manager and Freddy the head of the crew are amazing! super responsive and their work is meticulous and timely! They sanded my house to the bone fixed all the rotted shingles primed and painted all in FOUR DAYS! They are THE MOST efficient company. Don't look anywhere else this is the place!"

"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"Our house is in a historical district and approval is needed from the Historical Commission before work can be done. There was other work already scheduled on the property and Felipe was understanding that the exterior painting had to wait. When it was time for the painting, Felipe scheduled the work without much delay. Felipe informed us at each step during the painting, ie, replacing siding. The workers were friendly and respectful. Considering the work to be done, it was completed in a timely manner even though there were a few rainy days."

"I’m so pleased to recommend Exterior Pro Builders. They were thoroughly professional and on top of every detail of my re-roofing job. I chose to use hand split cedar shakes on my tall 18th century gambrel-roofed house. The challenges of the house and the materials were no problem for Exterior Pro Builders. "Lee, the owner of Elite Contracting personally provided the estimate to replace my roof, install new, state of the art Ascend siding and new gutters. His years of experience were evident as he gave me advice on how to create our vision. His price was very competitive and significantly below that other roofing and siding contractor with a large tv/radio budget. Lee was on site every day checking in on his crew. The project ran smoothly with no surprises. It was done on time, on budget and looks great! The site was spotless each night when the guys left. During construction the crew was well organized, working quickly. Would highly recommend Elite. I’ve given Lee permission to use me as a reference when you speak with him. "

"My husband and I needed to get our fascia board fixed, along with a new roof. We had Brian come out to give us a quote and he was so personal, yet professional, he really gave us a good vibe! Our financial situation has been difficult due to COVID, but Brian and the rest of the GKontos team were extremely patient with us and willing to work with us any way they could! "Not the best job done. We have an issue with the fit of an attic access panel and got an argument about the way the work was specified and strong resistance to fixing it properly. The panel has a gap along an edge and scrapes a side on opening it. Both not acceptable. They were not easy to deal with on the quality of the work. We will not be using them again."
