"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."

"Our house is in a historical district and approval is needed from the Historical Commission before work can be done. There was other work already scheduled on the property and Felipe was understanding that the exterior painting had to wait. When it was time for the painting, Felipe scheduled the work without much delay. Felipe informed us at each step during the painting, ie, replacing siding. The workers were friendly and respectful. Considering the work to be done, it was completed in a timely manner even though there were a few rainy days."

"1. The housecleaning was sub-par, in particular the bathrooms. I showed the 2 cleaners the spots twice in the shower to re-clean and each time it was not sufficiently cleaned. 2. After paying them, they made a clerical error and sent me an invoice a week later to pay them again, which took some time to clear up. 3. I was willing to give them another chance and hire them again only to be told that they "could not provide service because they had had less than desirable interactions in the past." Not my fault the cleaners don't clean thoroughly, then complain about having to do the job they've been hired for, then attempt to bill the customer twice, and then complain about the customer being willing to give them a 2nd chance... best to find another company..."
