Gio came for the inspection, gave good recommendations for any issues he found on the roof, and explained their roofing materials with samples so it was very clear what to expect. It has been a rainy winter and had to wait for a clear day to start the job. On the day of the roofing replacement, it was sunny but very cold. I worried about the roofing crews and thought I had to reschedule, but they came prepared and worked very professionally. A lot of our plywood was damaged and we had to replace almost half of them. Their plywood replacement cost was also the most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete. They made sure the roof is covered up and cleaned up very nicely before they left each day. I am satisfied with the look of the new roof. and the warranty on roof material and labor gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Roof4Life!"

I finally found Metal Roof Specialities and knew after my first conversation with Hailey that this was the company we wanted to work with. She answered all of my questions, was so comforting, understood my frustrations and concerns. She introduced me to Wayne who came out and looked at our existing roof. One thing I appreciated so much, was they really wanted to see what they could do to fix our existing roof. Once Wayne saw it, and explained all that it would take to fix the existing, we all agreed it would be best to replace with a new one. Wayne got back to us with a bid and was very thorough in explaining it and the process. We went in to the office to pick our color and met Jerry the owner. They were all so great in the office. Really made this process a positive one. We ended up choosing the Old Zinc Gray. Wayne was out with his crew to install. Justin and Tony were great. They all worked so hard. Rain, hail, sunshine, they dealt with our typical Spring weather. They kept the site extremely clean. Kept in contact with me about what was going on. From start to finish, we could not be more happy with metal roof specialities and Wayne's company, preferred metal solutions. I highly recommend them for metal roofing needs."

"I received a quote for the welding job in advance based on the plans I had drawn up to build a brace for my pickup camper cabover. Kristen went through the specs with me and gave me a call when finished. Because of the design it was necessary to have the plates aligned a specific way. When I got there we realized the plates were inverted so it had to be redone. No griping or push back. The job was redone, looked awesome (He cleaned up the aluminum and polished it a bit), and fit perfectly. Professional, curteous, explained options. Recommended."

"<p>Price was second lowest of my 4 bids, quality of final product is as good as expected. Process to get through the job was not very smooth. For someone who has time to be at home, and does not mind being "in the dark" about what is getting done when, the end result is great. This is a small company that would benefit from a project manager or customer liaison of some sort, to provide schedule and details that would help to plan for the job. I had little idea of what time workers would show up, when power might be on or off, when they might be done, which days they were going to work, etc. Each person that I asked questions to said something like "I don't know, that is not my job, ask so and so instead". Also, this company very much prefers cash or check....credit card usage was problematic, with a number of calls to sort things out(worked in the end). At first they declined to take my Amex card so I looked for another supplier but then they called me back to say they would take it so parameters were clear from the start.</p> <p>To be fair, I needed to get a 3rd party contractor into my older home after removal of old system and before install of new one to do some work in the space(level floor, patch wall, paint, etc) so Olympic needed to schedule around that and the Labor Day holidays. I am someone who likes to know what is going on at all times so I can plan work and personal matters accordingly but if you are fine with leaving it to the experts and getting a quality end product, Olympic should be a better fit for you. I am giving them a low score because the overall experience was not a good one for me, but again, if you have different expectations, this might be the best supplier for you.</p> <br />"
