"Fantastic service even for small jobs. Our water heater started leaking during a trip and when we got home we had it removed from the house and reinstalled in the garage. Part of that installation required a roofing company to appropriately exhaust the water heater through the garage roof. Elite roofing made our small job a priority and did a fantastic job with the install. It was a pleasure working with Travis and Courtney to get everything signed and scheduled. John (the installer) was here late making sure the install was done right. It's rare to have a small job feel like a priority and we will definitely be excited to work with elite again in the future on bigger projects."

"Performance Roofing replaced our leaking roof (complete tearoom) and added two Solatubes and a skylight and vent in the kitchen. The work was absolutely top notch - as was the clean up. Working with Mike and his crew was a pleasure - and I don't say that lightly - he offered thoughtful advice on materials and how to best place the Solatubes. He also knew when to ask our opinions and listened carefully. The crew was a team of professionals and it showed in every aspect of the work. It was done on time, it was done right, and it was done to the price we were quoted. Mike communicated well, clear bid, good explanation of the material choices, then when the project started lots of photos showing us details and problems and explaining options and solutions. About a year after the project was completed we had a torrential rain with high winds driving the rain sideways and the rain was so heavy that the water coming down the valleys of the roof overshot the gutters - it was like nothing I've seen here before or since. In the middle of the storm we noticed water dripping from the kitchen vent fan, a bit of investigation showed that he leaking was coming down the vent pipe - through, not around the fan. I called Mike for advice and the next morning (Sunday, I think) he showed up with a plan and materials. He reworked the vent cap for the fan (with matching flashing) to prevent rain from blowing up into the vent (we have a very shallow slope on the roof). When I told Mike that so much rain was coming down that it was overshooting the gutters, he said "that's not right" and proceeded to make diverters to stop the rushing water in the valleys so that it would drop into the gutters. This fall I was up cleaning the skylight and noticed some damage along the ridge line of the roof - I texted Mike to ask about how I should go about fixing it and he said he wanted to see what had happened and that he would come by the next day to repair it. He did - and while he was there he cleaned out our gutters. The after sale service is exceptional - and pleasant. Mike takes great pride in the work that he and his crews do and it shows in the way he supports his product. I am delighted to recommend him."

"We bought a new home with a metal roof and was told they last forever. What we weren't told, is that they last forever when installed correctly. It was devastating to find out our roof needed to be replaced. We called around for different bids, but once we found out the cost to replace the metal, we wanted to be sure this was done by a company that eats , breathes, and sleeps metal roofs. Most of the companies we spoke with only did a few metal roofs a year. I finally found Metal Roof Specialities and knew after my first conversation with Hailey that this was the company we wanted to work with. She answered all of my questions, was so comforting, understood my frustrations and concerns. She introduced me to Wayne who came out and looked at our existing roof. One thing I appreciated so much, was they really wanted to see what they could do to fix our existing roof. Once Wayne saw it, and explained all that it would take to fix the existing, we all agreed it would be best to replace with a new one. Wayne got back to us with a bid and was very thorough in explaining it and the process. We went in to the office to pick our color and met Jerry the owner. They were all so great in the office. Really made this process a positive one. We ended up choosing the Old Zinc Gray. Wayne was out with his crew to install. Justin and Tony were great. They all worked so hard. Rain, hail, sunshine, they dealt with our typical Spring weather. They kept the site extremely clean. Kept in contact with me about what was going on.
