Amazing customer service in our moment of need, easing my wife’s worried mind, as we have a newborn baby girl to protect. We contacted our insurance company and Mr Brown met the representative at our house the day of inspection. The adjuster commented on his professional repair. Our insurance company paid for our new roof, we ONLY paid the required deductible. Mr Brown and his company installed the new roof in one day. "Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
