We paid extra for him to come back after the floor was sealed and put ram board down to protect the newly finished floor from other contractors doing other jobs in the house. "Bill completed a variety of jobs around my condo: he removed and replaced a bathroom faucet; repaired a closet door; stained and installed a new baseboard; secured small section of subfloor; installed bathroom towel rails; and removed an entry door to the garage and replaced with a steel door, installed new trim on the inside, and painted the door and new trim. I was pleased with the quality of work and the very reasonable price. Bill was easy to work with and was happy to make extra runs to the store or reschedule when things did not go as planned or extra supplies were needed.
