"Despite being marketed as a Deep Cleaning, the service was incomplete and unsatisfactory. The following tasks were poorly executed or entirely missed and not completed: Wiping the exterior of the refrigerator, dusting and polishing furniture, Cleaning window sills, emptying and cleaning trash cans, removing cobwebs behind doors mopping floors. After contacting the provider, they offered to return to address the issues. However, based on the substandard quality of their initial work, I have no confidence that a second attempt would meet expectations. I also do not have the time or inclination to instruct them on how to properly perform a deep cleaning, something a professional service should know how to do. I paid $350.00 at the time of service, as requested, and subsequently requested a refund due to the poor performance. I was informed that Royal Cleaning Services does not offer refunds, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. This experience has been extremely frustrating,"
