"We found this company on Angie's List. The bidding process was comprehensive and easy to understand and there was good communication with the company owner prior to the project starting. We had one pre-project meeting with the owner and crew to discuss our concerns and how they would be addressed and another opportunity to talk after excavation and before the final site grading. The owner took a lot of time to explain "all things concrete" to us so we would understand what to expect. <br /> The project was completed on time by obviously knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen who showed impressive teamwork. The site was cleaned up right away. There were no hidden or extra costs. <br /> Overall, this is a great company to work with. <br />"

"To begin with, Moyer's provided the design and detailed information on what they proposed to do. This included a well-written quote and a visual presentation at their facility that included a depiction of our house and the plantings that they proposed to provide. We then worked with them then through two revisions, primarily, in scope but which also included some changes to the plants. They were very cooperative and responsive during this design stage.  <br /> The work included removal of the existing plantings, transplanting of a few of the existing plants that were still healthy, and new shrubs, trees, and flowers. It also included removal of the existing plastic edging and gravel, and replacing with new edging and shredded bark much. <br /> The work was done in a timely and professional manner and we are very pleased with the result. <br /> We had a total of three bids and the other two bidders appeared to cost less. However, their bids were not as comprehensive in their description of the work and so it was difficult to know for certain how the prices compared. That, and the fact that Moyer's provided a great visual presentation of their design were the deciding factors in selecting them. <br />"

"We love our new driveway! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. I can say this wholeheartedly especially since we had a previous experience with poor workmanship with the concrete company that did all the concrete in our last house we built a few years ago. Kand M was contracted through Frey Construction. We are working with Frey on remodeling other areas of our house. <br /> Regardless, the crew was awesome! They poured the porch one day and returned a couple days later for the sidewalk and driveway pour. They worked with us very patiently with adjusting the sweep and curve of our new sidewalk and the shape of the driveway before the pour. The day they poured the sidewalk and driveway, my husband and I were fortunate to both be off work, because it was amazing to watch these 6-8 guys working, smoothing, and sweeping the cement. Like clockwork-everyone knew what they had to do. When rain threatened later that evening, DJ (name?) drove over to our house around 7pm to make sure the curb and gutter were set enough to handle the rain as they were the thickest cement and the last part poured. Now that is customer service!! <br /> Thanks to DJ, Lance and I'm sorry I can't remember more names for a beautiful driveway!! <br />"

"Landscape and Rockwalls went fairly well - Once Mr. Olson set up Job he disappeared, but his crew did a good job without further supervision and they were receptive to changes that my Architect Neighbor offered - and it ended up to be a good job - Rated B or B+ as result of help from my neighbor . However, the second summer the grass seed did not come up at all - I questioned whether they used a good quality seed or gave me something Cheap. THEN came the Rub . . . I could not get Mr. Olson to come out, examine or address the problem. <br /> He doesn't let his employees do any call-backs or make decisions that might result in a refund or repair at his expense - <br /> so I am left with a bare area where his company seeded. He doesn't respond. My neighbor is a soil scientist - and says this situation is not right - so who am I to believe ? A university professor who is a soil scientist ? Or a businessman who is just too busy to respond to my calls and emails ? Do I have to put in a new lawn myself? The grass growing season is ending. Grade F on response to problems that arise after the money is paid. <br /> <br />"

"After realizing that only the more expensive option would look good on our basement floor, we thought things over and decided to go with carpet instead of epoxy. Should we have another project where epoxy flooring might work, we would contact this company for an estimate. <br />"

"<p>I think Mick was buried in work at the time or he was reluctant to commit fully to working with us on the project. To be fair, he did have a bit illness he was also working through. We asked 4 or 5 times for a price from him to till up a garden spot. Each time he said he would get back to us. Mick is a mystery. He seemed to understand our goals, but progress was slow. We did receive a sketch, a line drawing, an outline of areas that may be, along with some pictures of examples pulled from websites that showed the general style. We said good bye to each other and he said he would review work done against the 50% design down payment and that he would figure out what would be a fair refund. I never heard back from him. This too I found odd. </p> <p>No Ill will towards Mick and Wisconsin Landscapes. We just didn't work out together, maybe it was me, maybe your experience with this firm will be different. </p> . <br />"
