I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. "No show, no call. When I called them to see where they were, they said they couldn't find my home so they went on to the next call and couldn't come back. I had to reschedule for another day. I'm really disappointed they couldn't have just called me when they couldn't find my house. I took a day off work to get this done and now have to waste another day of vacation. Just aggravating. I am having them come back because I've heard they are a good company, but they made a mistake this time."

"The work was nice.  The person who did the work was a nice older gentleman and he is pretty picky.  He was tidy and also his worker.  They made sure that it was okay for me if they needed to do something like cutting plants.  Although he is older, he works.  He and his worker were not flappers and they worked hard.  The work was hard because they needed to mix concrete and operate a machine.  He plans ahead of time so that the hedges come together correctly and if he has to do portions of it, he will do so.  I am very pleased and I have actually thought of having them come back to do a few more jobs.  We got prices from other vendors and he was just right in the middle."

He makes sure that he gets my driveway cleared in time for me to get out and go to work when necessary which is sometimes six in the morning. It's generally a nice group of guys that do this and they are always dependable. His prices are fair. I've already signed up for this year."
