"Took calling them back after the first day but they finished per our request and did a great job"

"I originally had another team hired for the job, but unfortunately, they never showed up. That’s when I called Daniel. From the very first moment I spoke with him, he put a smile on my face. I had never met him or his team, yet I immediately felt a genuine sense of sincerity and exceptional customer service just from our conversation. They committed to the job, arrived even earlier than expected, completed everything within the time they promised, and the finished work turned out absolutely beautiful. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were truly exceptional. What impressed me most was how they treated me—it honestly felt like I had known them my entire life. You don’t come across that level of kindness, trustworthiness, and genuine care very often. I would recommend Daniel and his team to everyone without hesitation. Not only did they do an amazing job, but I truly feel like I made a friend for life. That says everything about the kind of people they"

"Recently had a concrete patio with a walkway and steps installed. The entire process was outstanding. From the initial consultation through project completion, Anchor was professional, responsive and easy to work with. The patio looks fantastic and has transformed the appearance and functionality of our outdoor space. If you’re looking for a reliable concrete contractor who takes pride in their work and delivers high quality results, I would definitely recommend the guys at Anchor."

"I recently had Cale and his crew install some sidewalk and patio in our backyard. It was a great experience. Things that stood out to me: (1) Prompt at returning my initial calls/texts. (2) Prompt on sending a bid after their initial visit. (3) Gave me a projected start date for the project and actually stuck to it. Even better was being notified a week ahead of when they planned on starting. (4) Being updated and informed throughout the entire project. (5) Gave clear expectations on the project and they know how to communicate. I would highly recommend American Concrete Placement as a vetted option for your concrete needs!"

"Very customer service oriented, and easy to work with. Will definitely use again."
