"Yavapai was contracted to do a landscaping job. They were paid $75,000 up front. They never pulled permits as verified by the City nor did they complete any work?..they just disappeared. When I tried to contact them, they refused to refund my money. Per a City official, Yavapai is known for not obtaining permits prior to work being done. I am in the process of taking legal action to remedy this problem and hopefully prevent anyone else from getting ripped off."

"Great!! Mike came by on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. Mike provided an estimate and said he could be here the next day to remove the valves for repair. He was here on Monday and removed the valves. Made a new set of valves ant home on Monday evening and installed on Tuesday. The system worked better, but required some troubleshooting of the entire old drip system, which Mike and his crew did without hesitation. They were terrific!!!!!!!!"

"I hired Caballeros to do cleanup in my backyard. My backyard is the size of two tennis courts. I haven’t touched it in 23 years. It was full of brittle brush to the point where you could barely walk around the backyard. Also, weeds had grown around the perimeter of my property, creating a fire hazard. They used a Weedwhacker on the weeds to create a fire break and pulled all of the brittle brush out out of my backyard and along the side of the house they went way beyond what I expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves they took all of the brush away, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The other companies sent me emails. They were the only company that called me and set up an appointment. Very happy with the outcome at a price that was within my budget. "

"Brandon and his team are absolutely amazing! He was the only landscaper that came out and actually listened to my vision without trying to change it. We initially hired him to do a few stone pony/retention walls in my backyard with some turf for my kids to have a safer play area (we have hills) and the workmanship was absolutely amazing! The work was so good that before he left I added a huge extra project to give me a rounded driveway and rip rap some areas in my front yard which again exceeded our expectations! Needless to say I’ve already contacted him to do a 3rd project at the house (he’s doing this as we can afford it) and I’m beyond excited to see the outcome.
