"I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. "All aspects of the work were executed efficiently, professionally, and with skill. The Shamrock team worked through difficult weather to replace a large, complicated roof. This included the removal and replacement of asphalt shingles, rubber roof, and copper panels. The Shamrock team also replaced cedar shingles on multiple dormers, made repairs to the subroof, replaced many areas of damaged molding, as well a skylight, and several copper and wood gutters. They also designed and installed a custom heating wire system in multiple areas of the roof to prevent ice dams. The installation went very well and we have had absolutely no issues in the month since the work was completed. The Shamrock crew responded to all of my questions and concerns, while working on the job and whenever I contacted them over the phone. As our roof structure is large and very complicated, Patrick and his team took the time to explain all of the options and advantages/disadvantages of different approaches as issues and questions came up.
