Furthermore, they send us an email from the technician that identifies the services that were provided, items that they've noticed as troublesome, and recommendations to improve. Lawn care is a tricky thing and takes years to improve. I am the type of person that thrives off of instant gratification; therefore, this process has challenging. "Brandon, the owner, is super.  It was nice not have to do this work ourselves like we usually do.  Brandon made a couple of trips to our house to look at the job and to answer our questions.  He was very patient and took time to answer all my questions and emails.  Only thing I would recommend doing differently is there should probably be a little more mulch, not pile the mulch up around the tree trunk as recommended by our landscape architect, and not cover the plantings with mulch like was done with the lirope.
Brandon even took time to look at my daughter's house and to make recommendations for improvements there.  He performed the work as scheduled and we will definitely be using him again.
