"I changed the scope of the project when I found out the siding on my chimney was Masonite ( can’t explain why anyone would use that on the exterior) to include replacing the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. In2gtrs was very responsive and helpful providing multiple options and quotes to do the work. Although the quotes were reasonable, they were above my means at this time. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone the work to replace the siding on the entire chimney until I can fund it."

".Called Garrison Roofing on Monday, April 21st to request an estimate. John Garrison came by the next day to introduce himself and look at my roof. I received his estimate the next day, the 23rd. My wife and I had to go out of town so I wasn't able to get back to John until Monday, May 5th. I was so impressed with John, his professional, yet casual, friendly style. His knowledge of the roofing business (started in the early 80's) that I didn't even get another bid. (After all aren't we all just looking for someone we can trust). He just left me with that feeling. He called me on Wed. the 7th and said that he could do the roof on Friday & Saturday the 9th and 10th. The shingles (30 year Heritage Tamko), 30# felt, and other accessories were delivered on Thursday. The work crew showed up at 9:00 am Friday. They had to take off my old shakes, put on the plywood substitute, along with drip edge venting ( I have no soffits) and put on the new shingles. The crew worked till 8:30 that night, came back the next morning and were gone by 11:00 Saturday morning. I told John that I was so pleased with his company that I was going to keep his sign in my yard all summer. <br />"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Work went well; however, my windows are not as sound proof or energy efficient as I thought they would be so Rolox will be coming back out to check on their installation. My check was lost in the mail and I received harassing and threatening calls and Rolox was about to put a lien on my house and charge me a $495 fee and 24% interest rate but halted when they received my reissued check that I had previously indicated to them was in the mail when they continued to keep calling asking for payment."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"We met James at the Salina Home Show and loved the concrete countertop samples he had. He came out to our home a few days later to walk us through the process, give us an estimate, and discuss our style/color preferences. A week later he came over to install the countertops. He had the whole job complete and cleaned up in a day and a half. We couldn't be happier with the finished and his professionalism! <br />"

"They were very good and professional. The measuring was well done and they did not get more materials than needed. They made sure that the skirts around the skylights were sealed correctly so they would not leak. The process was also very quick; they finished in one day. They also cleaned up everything nice and neat. The crew was large, which helped with the quickness and the clean up."
