"I had the dryer vent cleaned 7 months ago by another company. It was clogged again. It is a rooftop vent. The other company only used an air hose to blow out lint from the roof. Dan cleaned the vent from the dryer up through the roof vent. There was a screen in the vent that should not have been left in there when installed, and Dan removed it. He did a thorough cleaning and put everything back in place. It is a small laundry area, so he had to move the washer to pull the dryer out. He did a great job."

He checked the system, noticed the igniter was at the end of it's useful life and replaced it for me, and also changed out the filter.
