"Eric and his crew of two men were hired to do interior painting of Master Bedroom and Bath. He was polite and punctual as promised. I found Eric and his crew to be very professional. "It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Mauricio’s Construction did an excellent job on our garage project. Mauricio is very personable, easy to work with, and truly goes the extra mile to complete the job and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. The team removed debris, swept out the garage, cleaned and prepped the walls and ceiling, patched small holes, sanded surfaces, and properly primed everything before painting. They also took care of the doors and made sure the entire space looked clean, fresh, and professionally finished. Mauricio also helped us correct a town inspection issue by running the bathroom fan vent duct through the attic to the exterior, bringing the work into compliance. He handled it professionally and made sure the job was completed properly. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mauricio’s Construction for garage prep, painting, repairs, venting and code-compliance work, and general home improvement projects."
