"If you are looking for someone to come by weekly and clean a very typical pool, then Ross Pools can most likely handle that. If however you request something specifically be doen when servicing your pool, they were unable to accommodate. I had multiple conversations with the owner before they started weekly service on my pool, and specifically stated that I wanted my pool to be backwashed every week. It was clear that was one of the reasons I was looking for a new service company, and I was told it would be done. After multiple calls and emails it was obvious they were not going to do what I asked, and the pressure remained dangerously high."
