They stripped the old roof off and put new plywood in where it was needed.  They then put down new felt, shingles and ridge cap. They cleaned up the areas around the house where the old materials came off the house and hauled away all the rubbish. A very nice professional job. The only complaint that we had was the salesman told us that they would put a temporary patch on the roof in November. They didn't get out to put the temporary patch until March.
