"My asphalt driveway is 26 years old. It had to be patched and coated every year. I decided to replace it with pavers which look better and last longer. I obtained designs and quotes from several companies. Finally I selected United Corp to do this project for me. They did a great job and did not disappoint me. Marvin Mendez led the work. Since day one, Marvin is a nice person to work with. He is friendly and knowledgeable. His crew is professional and dedicated. They removed existing black top and concrete walkway, installed drain pipe under driveway, level the ground, and then installed Techo-Bloc pavers. They did a beautiful job. Now my driveway looks fabulous and it actually makes my whole house looks renewed. I am really glad that I made the right choice of hiring United Corp to do the project. They are professional and, when compared with others, their price is reasonable. I recommend United Corp if you are paving your driveway."

Small jobs welcome

"I had an excellent experience with Jason's Masonry, who recently installed a new paver driveway and walkway to replace our old asphalt and concrete. Jason provided detailed information about the work and the steps involved in the process. His crew was very detail-oriented, making precise cuts and offering great advice on the aesthetics of the project. I would definitely recommend Jason's Masonry for any concrete or paver work."

"This was our first business with Perone Landscaping and we were highly pleased with the results and intend to use Perone again in the next several weeks. It takes time to establish a close rapport between client and provider. I feel that we now have this. I have confidence in Perone Landscaping, thought their pricing was reasonable, and would recommend that others consider working with Perone."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Princeton Junction, NJ

Installing interlocking pavers takes between four and 10 days, depending on the project's size and complexity. The process involves careful excavation, precise leveling, and building a stable base before placing the pavers. Larger projects or challenging site conditions may require more time to ensure a durable and attractive result that stands the test of time.

It's not recommended to place pavers directly on dirt. For the best results, you'll need to lay a foundation of gravel or sand to create a leveled and compacted base. This ensures proper drainage below the pavers, preventing erosion and shifting over time. An uneven or unstable base can cause the pavers to move or settle improperly, affecting the appearance and longevity of your installation.

Installing interlocking pavers yourself involves rigorous preparation and careful execution. This DIY approach requires excavation, precise leveling, and building a proper base using gravel or sand to ensure stability. The project demands at least two to three full days of intensive manual work and the use of specialized tools. Alternatively, hire a paver installer for professional results.

Concrete stone and clay brick pavers are the top choices for homeowners. They offer robust performance and an attractive finish that elevates outdoor living areas. These materials are engineered for superior durability and design flexibility, ensuring long-term strength and style. Selecting the right paver type maximizes the overall appeal and functionality of your space while meeting all design and performance standards.
