He quoted $1400 to get the job, then $1400 plus materials with a copy of the Home Depot bill, then $1600 with materials, then found a problem that raised the price to $2200. He tried unsuccessfully to raise the price again when he finished. Cash only, no cards or checks. Vibe was that of a handyman pretending to be a general contractor. Definitely not a qualified tiler."

We already purchased all the materials and only needed labor. Home Art Tile made it very easy. Connected via Angie, measurements were done remotely via text and photos. Got a quick and fair estimate. They scheduled us for later in the month but had a cancellation and was able to move our installation to the same week as the quote! The installer was very professional, prompt and clean. We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting.
