Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. "After hiring Buck to replace our roof and having such a great experience we finally decided to replace our deck. From the quoting process through the project completion the team was amazing. Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. "The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site. If they took breaks due to the extreme heat (which we support - the weather was close to 100 degrees all week), they would stay later to make up for the downtime. Well done, eRoof!"

"This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

"Premiere Exteriors was recommended by a neighbor who was in a similar situation to us with the same insurer and (likely) similar shingle damage due to a hail event in August of 2019. Carey (co-owner) Responded quickly to out initial call and came out to look at the roof. He is super friendly and answered all of our questions. We started a claim with our insurer that day. MaryBeth (other co-owner) is just the kindest, most smiling, pleasant, helper, possibly in all of the roofing businesses in MN. Even when they were swamped with work she kept us informed and current with the status, next steps and rescheduling our roof replacement start date (weather related). Clay, the production manager knows his craft, is a skilled tradesperson himself and really helped inform us of how our roofing system works and why the various components work together. Clay oversaw our projects’ logistics and the roofing crew to help ensure details were not missed and the level of work performed would meet our expectations and it did. The roof looks great, the roofing crew did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and Clay did a completely separate clean-up using a rilling magnet to “find” many of the roofing nails still in the lawn (we have to kids and a dog that are always in the yard, so this was VERY appreciated). We are satisfied with our experience with Premiere Exteriors and would recommend them ESPECIALLY compared to some quite unpleasant stories we’ve read and heard about other roofing companies and their teams/employees."
