"There were many different size windows and some unique and challenging circumstances that Dave had to handle. Some of the windows were original, almost 100 years old, which required extra care in their removal. The other windows had their challenges as well. Dave was very thorough throughout the whole process. He was diligent in explaining the choices that were available and working with my budget. I felt no pressure in making my selection and working with Dave all the way through the process. The installation took 2 days. The care that he took during the removal and installation process was first rate. There was minimal intrusion and great care in cleaning up after the job was finished. The windows look great."

"We were able to take care of a tax rebate. I would recommend being careful and checking the work. I wanted the cavities filled and I found out that at least in one case, it wasn't done so they had to come back. They were going to pull out all the windows but I didn't want them to do that. I came up with a better way to check that. A lot were filled but the one I pulled out was not. They took all my window screws which really bothered me. They had to go get new ones and I didn't care for the ones they got. The window quality was good and they work very well. They do have a lifetime warranty and beyond. They have come out and done some minor work. I got the quality I expected, which was good. They were right on time. I would use them again because I would want to match the windows."
