It was their personal approach and eye for detail that was noticeable. I had selected the carpets and area rugs to be cleaned. Raphael noticed 3 additional area rugs that should have been included. He was correct...I had overlooked them. I pointed out one area of concern that would require more attention. The end result looked as clean as the day the rug was purchased. Not only did they phone the day before to reconfirm the appointment; but called the next morning as they were en route and a final called after they left to make sure I was totally pleased with their service.
