Cleaning a newly constructed home is a huge job and requires skill in knowing how to clean it without damaging the new surfaces. It was a very complicated job to clean and the staff shone like stars. The new homeowners moved into a showplace, the entire home was perfectly clean. The ladies cleaned every square inch of that house, including the windows, inside and out. We?ve had their team clean several offices for us, leaving them meticulously gone through. Lately, they cleaned our home. The two ladies entered our home and took a look around to access what was needed. They treated our home as if it was their own. I can?t say enough about the commitment this company has in being the best in the business. The entire staff, from Team Leader, Erika, all the way down the line are top notch in every way. "We hired this company for turnover cleaning of our rental. Solange and her team started strong with great cleaning, on time and efficient. Over the course of the summer - they arrived later, cleaned faster and less thorough (not returning furniture, not emptying out all of the garbage or replacing coffee pods, not sweeping the porch & deck as initially requested). By the end of our rental season we even had to ask them to return to re-clean. I also had a few missed cleanings that required me to call and remind her despite having sent multiple cleaning calendars by email & text. I would totally hire them for a one time job or my own house when Iâ m present to supervise the consistency of the job - but I wouldnâ t recommend her company for ongoing turnover cleaning unless you live close enough to check in and be sure your standards are being met. They ultimately did a good job cleaning but certainly not above and beyond to warrant the very high price ($100 more per cleaning than competitors). In the end, we had a disagreement on some additional charges that she wanted to charge us and in return she simply didnâ t show up to clean. Thankfully, we found a back up cleaner who was better, took the before/after photos we wanted, more organized (online calendar) and cost less - blessing in disguise. Weâ ll be moving on to this other company for our rental property."

"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! Tafari is an incredible interesting man to speak with, and we had a great conversation about business, families and current world events.
