"Tamara and her crew were great. They took down and cleaned a very grimy wooden blind and the kitchen floor. There was extra time so they cleaned my big sliding doors. They made sure everything they touched was in good shape. They even made welcome suggestions along the way. Prompt and energetic. I would hire them again. "
Housecleaning Project
This historic bathroom has a mosaic tile from 1902 and the antique claw foot tub looks shiny and new. We cleaned the blinds, walls, trim, and made it look amazing!
Housecleaning Project
The cabinets in the kitchen needed cleaned as well as everything straightened out, organized, and touched up. We mopped the floor, organized, treated the woodwork with furniture polish after a thorough cleaning to remove oil and grease that had built up around the handles. Windows and window sills were also cleaned and returned to a nice shiny clean kitchen.

"Excellent professionalism and quality of work. My yard is difficult. Rock yard with failed barrier system for weeds and grass. My yard looked like a jungle. It now looks pristine. Jared went above and beyond offering to help in a couple of other areas for a fair price. I was more than satisfied with the finished product and cost. Will be hiring him again and I highly recommend his services. "

Small jobs welcome

"Devin was awesome! He was punctual (actually, early), friendly, fast, and professional. I really loved that he was available on very short notice, willing to travel from Saratoga Springs to Springville for such a small job, and not at all opposed to communications/messaging after hours and on the weekend. FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Provo, UT

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
