They seriously lack communication. I had to chase them down for updates, and even then, the answers were vague or flat-out wrong. It felt like they had no idea what was going on with my project. The work they delivered? Sloppy at best. Corners were cut, details overlooked, and timelines ignored. It honestly seemed like they hired random people off the street with no training or accountability. They overpromise and underdeliver?big time. "I don't write a lot of reviews. But when I do, it's usually because I'm blown away with how amazing a company is. There are a lot of landscapers in Utah County. There's a lot of work to be done. Taking on a yard that isn't a part of a new build or isn't hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work is not appealing to most of these companies. They want to do the Parade of Homes yards. That's not my yard. We're a down to earth humble home that needed some professional TLC. They never over-quoted us in order to make it worth their while. They itemized their invoice and never misrepresent what the price is. They listened and gave excellent advice. If they wanted to meet our needs, they would find the best person to help us. They thought of things and anticipated needs that we didn't consider and are so grateful for now. They work hard and fast. They didn't put us off because we were "not as important" as another client. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and worked hard to create a yard that I didn't cringe at every time I looked at it. They responded to messages promptly and got things moving as quickly as possible. From the initial walk through and quote to finished product it was two months. We were floored and delighted they moved so quickly! We don't have family that lives near us. We're from out of state. But their care made us feel like family."

"I tried everything I could to avoid leaving a bad review. I hired them to xeriscape my parkway. They were going to do everything but the plants. When they were finishing up the job, one of the guys said go get your plants and we’ll come back tomorrow and finish that up with the drip. I got the plants and despite multiple attempts to have them come and finish the job and clean up the mess they left they didn’t show up. We tried calling and texting and they still didn’t show up. They also didn’t use the gravel that I selected and by the time I realized, it was too late. Unfortunately, I cant recommend this company."
