I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. Dwayne did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. So, now I'm left with 75% completion with this job. The workers did a great job for what was written on the paper but, as stated above 75% got done. My main concern verbally told to the owner was to have this maintenance done Only once and last for years due, to a neighbor not appreciating anyone being in his backyard. Another, observation was for a fencing company or any other company to come with only the supplies to do this job and not have additional supplies is Very unusual,"
