Hello, my name is Patricia and I habe a love for Cleaning. I have 15 years experience in all kinds of Cleaning services. From Residential to Vacation and Air BNBs to Dental Offices, Local Businesses,Bank Operation Headquarters Office, and Factories. Also, experience Cleaning Dispensaries and breweries. I have done Post Construction Cleans, some were brand new homes on the beach front in N.C. While other cleans were Residential Remodels. I have an overall 5 years in that area. I decided to start my own business with my friend based on the facts that we wanted to paddle out further and see if we can make it. Plus, we love to clean and we love to help people. Veteran owned business with 28 years of experience performing a variety of repairs with an emphasis on quality. We can assist with surface restoration and repair of most surfaces (furniture, counter tops, cracked or spongy bathtubs, just about anything) mitigating the need for replacement. Bottom line, we can repair or replace just about anything and are ready to help!

"This was one of the worst experiences we have had. We contracted (verbally) with him in May after we received a quote for our projects of $650. He /his assistant did a few projects. He suggested that they come and complete other projects as they had time. We requested they wait until a later date, which was agreeable to them. Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."

"THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY I had 3 years left on the warranty for my shingles when the roof started leaking. I went on to the roof to check for any damage to the roof (like a branch falling on it or something).There was no physical damage to the shingles. I called WMR 3 times over a two and a half week period. Each time I was told by the receptionist that "tyler" would be coming out to take a look at it. "tyler" never showed. I got tired of playing the phone game (call them and notify them that your roof is leaking - no call back) and gave up. I will have to fix it myself. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY"
