"Sam is honestly the best contractor I've ever hired. We replaced the roofing on our house. Despite finding lots of wood rotted, he talked to me about my options, and was always sharing concern for my budget. We did quotes from 4 or 5 different contractors and he was able to come equal to the most competitive quotes but with better shingles. Even if he was more money, I still would have hired him. He took the time to take me and show me some of his previous work to help my wife and I choose a color. My advice, listen to his color recommendation! My wife and I chose grey despite Sam recommending Charcoal. After my wife saw the dark underlayment, she decided she wanted Charcoal the day before they began shingling. Sam and his team had the shingle supplier come out and deliver the charcoal shingles and returned all the grey shingles immediately--talk about going the extra mile! I didn't know Sam or D G Contracting until finding them on this site...and I promise that you won't be disappointed from the quality of work. Sam is a perfectionist. He even gave me tips about DIY projects around my house!"

"Excellent roof and experience! Thankfully, they were able to squeeze us in between other jobs and they tore off our old roof and put on a new roof and left our place nice and clean. I would 100% hire them again."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I love my new roof! Jasmin went above and beyond helping me to pick out the right type and color shingles for my house. She personally drove me around the neighborhood and told me what type of shingle and color I was looking at so I could relate to what I was seeing when a shingle was on a roof versus trying to imagine what a small sample on a sample board would look like on a full roof. She even brought over loose shingles for three final types I was trying to decide on and laid them out in blocks on my lawn so I could see how the shingles looked in a large patch. And if that wasn't enough she personally drove with me to a wholesale shingle distributor so I could look at a large supply of shingles. She really understood that it was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the end product. This company offered me the best overall price for my roof job which also included rain gutters and a cricket (which diverts water flow away from the chimney). The crew showed up and helped move things out of my garage so nothing would get broken during the process. They laid down plastic sheeting to collect the debris that would be falling. They cleaned up after the first layer of plywood was laid down."

"Paco was very professional and got back to me with an estimate before another roofer. The roofers got the job done in a timely manner and did a very good job. Very happy with Tri-Cities Roofing. Would definitely recommend them."

"It was excellent, I highly recommend them. They were here on time, finish in a timely manner, my roof was good, and working with the roofers was good. No problem at all."

"The removal and clean up was very quick and clean and the install was even better!!! Jed and his crew was very polite and very nice to work with."

"Had a great experience with this company! They came out for an emergency patch and they were excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. Would recommend and will be using them for any further roofing projects that will be coming up."

"They did a wonderful job in replacing our roof, communication and coordination. We are super pleased with the outcome and it was worth every penny."

"1. They gave me a price for a repair and it was competitive. 2. They were honest to tell me that I only need to repair and not to replace my entire roof. 3. They did a quick and good work. (No leaks since then). 4. We financed the work. 5. Excellent communication."
