"Quality Without Question left us with a lot of questions. They installed Bamboo flooring for us which required glue and it wasn't until the job was over that we learned they don't normally install floors requiring glue. We could tell as there was dried glue left all over. When we mentioned it to them they came back the next day with a solution to get the glue up. Unfortunately, it did not work and therefore we're left with glue smears on our new Bamboo flooring. Did they offer any type of discount? No they did not. They are a nice group of guys, polite and professional. I just wish we would have known in advance that gluing floors was not their forte."

I will give credit that they offered to come fix the remaining issues that I identified after the install, but I chose not to accept the offer and repaired the issues myself."
