Ceiling was opened, and replacement insulation was 50% R rating of the debris insulation. Tar type residue in various places on white roof and a stone walkway. Rolls, ripples, bubbles, and ridges on cap. Permit was pulled for a completely different job, and job was called "finished" based on the unrelated inspections. The company manager stated the product was warranted to 120mph (it's 54mph). The product warranty was also shorter than represented and might be void based on the fsilure to follow installation instructions."
