He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. So we agreed to let them install the siding material that they had, and in the end, it appears to be ok, although not the dark brown color that we would have preferred.
