"This company did a five star job. We found plenty of evidence convincing that complete new roofing was needed. The 'Unique Roofing & Home Improvement Co.' took time to look everywhere, including attics--and I went with them. Only one of the six other companies that came to our house even asked if they could look inside the attics. Two of the companies came, but didn't even bother to go up on the roof! Furthermore, this company promised to start that same day, and they did. Two whole days and it was done. The price may have been a bit high, I'm not sure. But their team did very good work. I recommend this company. The only reason I gave them a four star rating is because they were very pushy when trying to get me to sign the contract: 'now or never!' They wouldn't even wait for my wife to come home, so we could decide together. No one likes that! They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts.
