"We set a date to clean our air ducts and our dryer vent for the day we took possession of our new home. They scheduled after hours so they could do it before we moved in. On the day of the cleaning, the company was called to an emergency restoration. The owner called us to inform us that they would be about 30 minutes late. They showed up as they said and worked diligently to get the job done. Our vent covers were dirty so they took them all off and washed them. (Above and beyond) They were friendly, honest, fair and professional. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future myself."

"Although they were a little late, they did call ahead to let me know. They were very professional, courteous, hard-working and made sure that the corners of the walls and cabinets were protected against the friction of the hoses. They used several high powered fans to help the carpets dry quicker. By the time they reached the basement carpets, the upstairs was noticeably dryer with the use of the fans. I would definitely use Service Master by Farris Clean again to clean all of my carpets."

"They were the people who installed the air conditioner in the first place. We checked with the realtor and the builder, we just back tracked, found out who put the systems in here, and we just used them. Luckily I did that, because they are good people. They are really good. They charge $75 to come out twice a year and check out the systems, and they once put a new fan in the A/C which cost a couple of hundred dollars. They are very prompt, they get here and check the systems out. When we had the problem with the fan last summer, they came running out and replaced the fan, there was no problem."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
