"I had a wiring problem with my landline and the whole process was pretty easy, from scheduling an appointment, to speaking with customer service, to the repair. When the technician came to do the repair it took longer than he expected to find the problem, but he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He made the repair and everything appeared to be working, but after he left, I discovered a hum on the line. I called customer service and since the technician was still in the area, he was able to come back within an hour and fixed the hum in 10 minutes. Everything is working great now."

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again.
