"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "Greg was prompt at coming out to give an estimate. He listened to my concerns and went up on the roof. Took pictures of problems & showed them to me. Gave me an estimate to repair and one to replace whole roof. Estimate was very detailed. We decided to go with whole roof. Greg said we would need 2 days of non rainy/snowy weather. We postponed due to weather. Mother Nature finally cooperated and Greg put on new roof. He had to replace a couple of pieces of plywood & informed me what needed to be done. He cleaned up area after removing shingles and desposing of them. At conclusion he took pictures and showed them to me. Rains came and no leak. Safe and secure under new roof. Recommended him to others in neighborhood. Never emailed final invoice as he said he would but it was the estimate plus the cost of replacing some plywood (he included the cost in the estimate, if needed). True to his word. "In 2007 Thermal Quality Window and Door installed 9 replacement windows in my house.  Over the weekend the mechanism that keeps the window open on my bathroom window failed.  On Monday I spoke with Karen who ordered the necessary parts for the repair.  On Tuesday Mitch called to tell me the parts were in and to set up a time for the repair.  He was available the next day!  Wednesday (today), Mitch was out bright and early to repair my window.  30 minutes later, the window was repaired.
