"Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. Do not use these guys as they are not honest - you really do not know what they are replacing. [UPDATE 6/29/2020 - Angie's List] - I am currently working with the vendor to correct the issues.
