Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

The installation team was excellent They listened to our concerns provided remedies on the spot or contacted customer service right than and their to help us . The peephole on the front door had a flaw This will be replaced 9/24/18. In my opinion the flawed peephole was a quality control issue and should not have passed inspection. All in all we are happy with our doors. I’ll get back to you in one year to let you know how the doors are holding up against the Mount Pocono PA weather."
