They identified two areas of trouble; my patio slab connected to the back of my basement and two vertical cracks 10 feet high.  They poured concrete and replaced the slab including a bell drain for drainage which came out very nice. "I have a 30 year old driveway that has seen better days. It’s not in my budget to have it replaced, so I wanted to find a company that would use hot tar to seal the cracks and then apply a brush-on sealer. I contacted several companies that would not do both of these procedures, and if they did, the price would almost double. I found RDS’s website and requested a quote via e-mail. Darrell promptly responded to my initial request for an estimate on replacing 2 interior doors (one with a new frame), repairing a wooden bi-fold door, repairing a bureau drawer and replacing an existing bathroom vanity/sink/faucet setup. Jesse had to use people from Elizabethtown to get concrete delivered to Etters. The contents of our barn are once again under roof. We are most pleased with the floor. Jesse is very easy to work with. He fulfilled every item in the contract plus a few items beyond for which he asked no additional money.
